Buyback / Fast Sale
On select occasions, and only after an internal review, we may offer to purchase a seller’s interment right (burial plot) for our inventory. This option is designed for speed and simplicity, and is not guaranteed. A non-binding eligibility review is required. We are an independent, California-licensed & bonded cemetery broker.
Who May Qualify
No outstanding balances, liens, disputes, or restrictions that block transfer. Marketability (section type, timing, historical demand). Internal capacity, budget, and compliance review required.

Includes title/ownership checks, cemetery policy confirmation, and documentation review.
Purchase agreement
Only a written Buy–Sell Agreement signed by both parties creates any obligation.

When We Will Not Purchase
- Cemetery prohibits private resales or refuses transfers to us.
- Ownership or title issues, heirs’ disputes, or unpaid balances.
- Outside our inventory parameters, budget, or market demand.
- Missing documents or material misrepresentations.
