Starts at $150 per listing; varies by location, demand, and paperwork complexity.

Local Free-Listing Program

Cemeteries within 10 miles of our Glendale office are free for the first year and may qualify for a free renewal, subject to approval.

Documentation & Funds-Handling

$250 per interment space, deducted only after a successful sale from your Net Listing Price — no sale, no charge.

Net Listings

You set the Net Listing Price (your target proceeds). If a salesperson or third-party broker assists the buyer, their compensation is paid by the purchaser and does not reduce your Net Listing Price.

Third-Party/Cemetery Fees

Transfer/recording/notary fees are separate from our charges and governed by cemetery rules (typical fees disclosed before you accept an offer).
